Summer at the Museums
25 July 2016
We’re taking part in Summer at the Museums again this year, with the return of some favourite activities and two new ones!
Every Monday afternoon in the summer holidays we’ll be offering family craft activities suitable for ages 6+.
Each session costs £2 per child and there’s no need to book.
If the weather is fine we will spill out into the church garden so bring your suncream and sunhats!
Here are all the details of our Monday events:
Go gargoyle hunting around Cambridge, find the Great St Mary’s Green Man and sculpt a clay creature.
Knights and Dragons
Hunt for dragons and design your own shield with a personal coat of arms.
Search the church for real and imaginary beasts and create your own chimera champion.
Explore stained glass windows and make a sparkling suncatcher.
Find out about Great St Mary’s amazing tower and work together to build towering structures.
Hear the strange story of the Cambridge book-fish and make your own.
