Meeting rooms

Two meeting rooms with an array of possibilities. The Montefiore room is light and airy, converting from pop-up venue to classroom or boardroom, while the more intimate Michael Mayne room is suited to smaller groups.

Both meeting rooms can be laid out to suit individual needs. Free facilities include WiFi, whiteboard, screen. Other facilities available include a digital projector and flip-charts. You can pre-order refreshments with the café team — from breakfast bacon butties and lunches to afternoon teas with home-made scones and cakes — or self-serve from the café.

The Montefiore Room

The Montefiore Room, the larger of our meeting rooms, is located upstairs in the eaves of this medieval building. Its size, and the Victorian stenciling and stained glass windows make it a popular choice. It has lift access and is ideal for meetings, lectures, and workshops. You can seat up to 18 classroom style, 20 boardroom style or use as a blank canvas for your pop-up event.

Pre-order refreshments with the café team from breakfast bacon butties and lunches to afternoon teas with home-made scones and cakes or self serve from the cafe.

The Michael Mayne Room

The Michael Mayne Room is a smaller space, ideal for interiews

The Michael Mayne room is an intimate, quiet space on the ground floor suitable for meetings up to 10 people and ideal for interviews, supervisions, and workshops.
